❶ in addition to
in addition to 用來表「除了……外還……」，例如：
a.In addition to heavy rain, there were also gusty winds.
除了大雨之外，還有強陣風。
❷ as well as
as well as 也可用來表達「除了⋯⋯之外還⋯⋯」。請看例句： a.She has ability as well as beauty.
除了美貌之外，她還有能力。
as well as 也可表達「以及」之意：
b.Chris as well as his two younger brothers was arrested by the police last night.
克里斯以及他的兩個弟弟昨天晚上遭警方逮捕。
